The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great. Very comfy bed, a selection of pillows that were labeled (soft, firm, etc). Our room had a mini kitchen in it, which was nice. The area around the hotel is nice with quite a few different restaurants within walking distance. The is also an outlet mall very nearby as well. I liked this hotel. I hope to stay in it again.
I reserved my hotel nights beforehand and I am from Washington State. The first thing I saw when I arrived was a well-lit hotel that was welcoming. When I walked into the main area, the staff at the front desk welcomed me. They were very patient and enthusiastic about what they were doing. My room was super clean and had a somewhat great view. They accommodated my requests with perfection and I would definitely come here again. :)
Had a good experience at this location. Easy to find and not too crowded on the outskirts of Portland. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I was concerned about truck stop noise so kid at the counter gave me a room in the middle. Ceiling must be thin; Definitely could hear people walking around. Flat screen tv on a swivel with HBO channels. Also has a indoor pool. Overall I would stay again no problem.
Over the past 9 months or so I have been here about 3 of them. The best thing I can say is how consistently good my experience always is. The rooms are always clean the staff is always polite and helpful. The only "bad" thing I can say about it is the location. Expressway and airport out front railroad tracks in the back and truck stops on either side. Even so I would highly recommend it.
I traveled and stay here for work. Three overall room size is pretty good. The free breakfast was also pretty good. The service on the other hand was below average. Overall you get stay you pay for here. Okay but nothing great
