Great location to nearby stores, restaurants and entertainment. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were well laid out offering plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. I'd like to see more fresh fruit offered as options for breakfast.
I've stayed in really nice, luxurious hotels and terrible hotels. This was a very nice stay for my husband, children and myself. Very quiet, clean and cozy. Wonderful, pool & jacuzzi. We enjoyed the breakfast with fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, fried potatoes eggs and sausage. Great location near I-84. Will stay again.
The room keys seems to be part of new system, it does not work quickly. One of the card keys did not seem to work and the one that did was not working within a second! ... We had late check at 11pm and you expect to come to hotel to find a nice cool bed to lie but instead the AC was not switched on and it took few hours for the room to reach the normal temperature! The breakfast options were good as compared to other hotels!
We had a nice stay during the solar eclipse. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The breakfast area was well-kept and there were many healthy options. I appreciated the nice landscaping around the hotel. Too bad they don't allow pets, or we'd be inclined to return when we travel with our well-behaved dogs in the future. All in all, a good value.
We had the room next to the office only because it was their last room, we needed to sleep 2 kids & 2 adults. Despite the toilet not being clean and dirty sheets, the front desk lady was very nice and gave me clean ones. Our 1st night sleep was wonderful and quiet and they have a nice complimentary breakfast, kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was amazing our 1st night.....our 2nd day wasn't so pleasant, the haggard white gal 1st asked my husband if we would change rooms for a discount, it was a smaller room with a smaller bed..only 1 bed. No discount just the regular price for a 1 room bed.
